Famous for its incomparable spices and flavors, Brazilian cuisine enchants even the most demanding palates.

• 150 g chopped bacon

• 250 g of chopped Calabrian sausage

• 1 cup (coffee) of olive oil

• 2 chopped onions

• 4 fried eggs

• 1 1/2 tablespoons of raw cassava flour

• In the same pan fry the onion and garlic, add the drained beans and the bacon broth

• Place the salt and pepper.


• 1 kg of dried meat

• 1 chopped onion

• 2 cups of rice tea

• 2 garlic

• 6 tablespoons of olive oil

• Salt to taste

Method of preparation

1. Cook and shred dry meat

2. Fry in a pan with oil or olive oil

3. Then put the onion and garlic

4. Add the rice and fry

5. Add boiling water and cook over low heat until rice is tender

Pumpkin candy

• 1 kg of peeled pumpkin, cut into pieces

• 2 cups sugar tea

• 1 cinnamon stick

• 2 cloves of India

• Fresh grated coconut

Method of preparation

Meat with potato

• 2 tablespoons of oil

• ½ onion

• 2 cubes of broth

Method of preparation

• Lemon juice

• 1 garlic

• 4 tablespoons white wine

Method of preparation

1. Season the fish with salt, lemon, onion, garlic and 1 cup dry white wine

2. Rest the seasoned fish in the refrigerator for about two hours

3. After the wait time, beat the strips of fish in wheat flour and fry in very hot oil
